Hope you can still join us!
Location: At the Sully Woodlands Stewardship Education Center/playground in the same parking lot as Cabell's Mill which is located across from Walney Pond. You can park in the parking lot by the mill.
*There are real bathrooms available in the Walney Visitor's Center just a few minutes away. I'm not sure if the Education Center will be open.
Time: Please arrive by 10:30 AM. We will leave the mill about 10:40 AM to start our walk/hike along the water.
Topic to explore & activities: We will go walking along the Big Rocky Run Trail and explore along Big Rocky Run.
Trail info: The main trail is paved and "off trail" has gravel/dirt. It's safe to assume that areas could be muddy if we've had rain.
Who: All ages
What to bring: Dress for the weather/adventure - boots or water shoes, water clothes, towels, hats. You may also want to bring buckets and/or nets. Don't forget your water!
